PHARMA 40.40 DC

Pharma 40.40DC is a compact unit from the Delfin range of industrial vacuum cleaners for dust, quiet and flexible, designed for the containment of dust during operations with highly potent active ingredients HPAPI.
Vacuum cleaner designed to provide maximum dust filtration and total safety for operators, fully compliant with GMP guidelines.

All maintenance operations are carried out using systems that guarantee maximum safety, making it suitable for working with pharmaceutical dust and with filtration levels up to OEB4 / OEB5.

The cyclone in polished stainless steel AISI316 separates 98% (maximum, tested with placebo dust) of the vacuumed dust without the use of a filter unit and without requiring maintenance. For internal cleaning, the unit can be equipped with Wash In Place.

The remaining dust is retained by an absolute HEPA filter capable of filtering dust down to 0.18 microns with 99.995% efficiency (with the possibility of installing 2 more, one on suction and one on air outlet) and Bibo system (BagIn-BagOut), which allows the absolute filter to be replaced without coming into contact with the vacuumed dust.
A capacitive level probe allows the full container to be signaled, a Magnehelic pressure switch allows real-time verification of the filter efficiency.
The material is discharged into crimpable plastic containment bags that ensure sealing and prevent any contact with dust even during disposal operations.
Various motorization options, with vacuum limiter valve equipped for motor protection, are available to adapt the unit to different uses in the pharmaceutical production process.

All parts in contact with pharmaceutical dust are made of stainless steel AISI316, ideal for facilitating material flow and simplifying cleaning operations of the unit. The frame is made of stainless steel AISI304.
The unit is available with certification for Atex 22 zones.
